from a moving car, or at least from an aspect from the top of it, looking out towards the ocean/large body of water. Image is just upside down, either b/c of you holding it upside down, or flipping it in post-production.
Really nice shot though, the reflection off the top of the car give a fake-horizon sort of look to it...really intriguing. Nicely done. It could be flipped either way, and it would be equally as good.
